Built by Luke Robson, the current owner's grandfather, you enter through an oak panelled entrance porch with a w/c and space for hanging coats into the fully equipped kitchen/diner.
Then pass into either the sitting room or separate dining room.
Both rooms lead into the sun lounge with its uninterrupted panoramic views of the sea at the bottom of the large enclosed garden.
Large spacious dining kitchen with fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave.
