The property dates from 1547, the main section being 1840 with an addition of a contemporary extension/refurbishment in 2008. Situated down a long private drive off the main A40 in the area of Charlton Kings, approximately 3 miles from the town centre. If using Sat Nav/GPS we recommend inputting Detmore Close. Specifically our driveway is off Detmore Close, before the very first house.

The garden features luxuriant terraces and wide herbaceous borders with stunning plant, texture and colour combinations. Imaginative topiary includes a knot garden, parterre and topiary walk and there are several spring-fed water features including a raised basket pond from the Great Exhibition of 1851.
