Situated in the heart of Bovey Tracey and on the edge of Dartmoor National Park is The Dolphin Hotel. The Hotel has been offering guests hospitality, board and good food since the late 19th Century. In the restaurant, we are able to accommodate both small and large parties. In addition to the regular menu you will also find our weekly Specials Board displayed by the bar. The Board includes a variety of dishes utilising locally sourced produce, meat and fish. At the Dolphin Hotel we have a well stocked bar offering a range of local ales, continental larger, fine wine and a large selection of spirits.

Originally owned by John Joll the Dolphin Hotel was built as a Coaching House providing food, drink and rest for travellers and their horses.
The town has always been a popular holiday destination due to its location on the edge of Dartmoor and easy reach to the South Devon coast.
Dartmoor excursions commenced from the hotel and horse drawn carriages would escort guests up to Dartmoor to see the delights of Haytor Rocks.
