Lilybank is committed to managing our natural, historical and cultural assets in a sustainable way to ensure our environment is safeguarded for future generations. We minimise waste with a programme using the principles of 'Reduce, Reuse, Recycle'. Lilybank is situated on the shores of Lamlash Bay on the Isle of Arran overlooking Holy Isle.

Originally built in the late 18th century, Lilybank has been tastefully renovated and refurbished to provide the comfort, quality and facilities of a Scottish Tourist Board 4 Star Guest House. The Guest House is run by Colin and June Richardson who have been welcoming guests from all over the world since the year 2000. Read about our rooms. The enchanting Isle of Arran is known as Scotland in Miniature.

It contains the best of what Scotland has to offer, from history and legend, spectacular scenery and challenging outdoor activities to arts and crafts, playing golf or simply relaxing. Then there is the island-made food, whisky and beer, not to mention the beauty products from Arran Aromatics with which to pamper yourselves.

It's 56 miles around the coast of Arran and there is much to see and do whether you are enthusiastic about outdoor pursuits or whether you are happy with gentle sightseeing.
There's even an open top bus which you can take in the summer months to enjoy the views between Brodick, Lamlash and Whiting Bay.
Arran's scenery varies from rugged mountain peaks to arable pastures and from quiet sandy beaches to fast flowing streams and waterfalls.
Take a boat trip from Lamlash across the bay to Holy Isle - now the home of Buddhist monks, but historically it was the retreat of the Irish hermit monk Molaise.
