Wringworthy is perfectly positioned in our own 70 acres of countryside yet just a few minutes from Looe, Polperro and the beautiful SE Cornwall coast. Entrance is via a stable door up a flight of external steps from the parking area.
At first floor level the lounge and kitchen/dining room make the most of beautiful valley views, and here are stairs leading down to a double bedroom with full bathroom and shower ensuite.

Apple cottage is a detached single-storey cottage close to the old orchard from which it gets its name.
This cottage once formed the stables when Wringworthy was a working farm and many of the natural features are kept to this day.
The front stable door opens into a large lounge.
At the rear are double doors leading outside to the patio area.
To the right is an archway to the separate kitchen/dining room.
To the left is an internal corridor leading to a double bedroom and twin bedroom at the rear and a twin bedroom and bathroom to the front.

The nearest motorway, the M5 in Exeter is an hour away.
If arriving by train, the mainline station in Liskeard offers direct links to London, Birmingham, Leeds and Scotland with taxis available outside the station.
