Gill & Dave extend a warm and friendly welcome to you at the Beaumont B&B an elegant Victorian house dating back to 1860 awarded AA 4Star Silver and Trip Advisor's Certificate of Excellence every year since 2012. The Beaumont is situated on the seafront with a spectacular elevated position 50 mtrs from the mile-long beach and esplanade and 150 mtrs from the town with pubs, restaurants & shops.
We are at the heart of the only World Heritage Site in Britain the 'Jurassic Coast' bordered by a large area of outstanding natural beauty and on the South West Coast path. We have owned the Beaumont since 2010 and pride ourselves with offering a traditional, personal and homely B&B experience with many returning guests every year. The Beaumont is one of only two remaining B&B's on the seafront in Seaton.

It faces onto Lyme Bay and is historically part of Axmouth and Beer.
Guided tours of vast underground caverns started by the Romans, which provided Beer stone used in 24 Cathedrals, Westminster Abbey, Tower of London, and many other historic buildings.
See for yourself where and how the stone was quarried, the appalling working conditions and dangers faced by the work force, some as young as 8 years old.
