There are two beamed ensuite bedrooms, 'Fuggle' and 'Bramling'. Named after old hop varieties, both are furnished to a similar standard and style but each retains it's own unique charm and comes complete with a complementary mini cream tea to welcome you! We are not always able to specify which room you will be allocated but let us know if you have a preference.

On the farm at Hallwood we grow Blackcurrants for Ribena, and several varieties of eating apples. Our B & B rooms are spacious, beamed and ensuite, furnished in a fresh country style.
Both rooms are doubles with a standard UK King sized bed in each.
A welcome of freshly baked scones or cake, along with generous tea and coffee supplies, can be enjoyed, relaxing in comfortable chairs, while you plan your days.
The accommodation is thoughtfully furnished and equipped, with tea and coffee, TV, WiFi, independent heating, fridge, hairdryer, local maps and information.
There is ample storage space.

ACCESS: The bedrooms are on the first floor and, with low beams and doorways, may not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility.
The front door opens directly onto the working farm yard and for this reason the property is not suitable for children.
This should also be taken into account by anyone with impaired vision or hearing.
ROOM SERVICING: a thorough clean of rooms is carried out between bookings.
We do not offer daily room servicing, but guests are welcome to request extra towels and consumables at any time.

A delicious continental style breakfast, should you choose to add it, is delivered in the form of a picnic basket hamper.
This is filled with savoury and sweet pastries, juice, yoghurt, fruit, home made preserves and a cafetiere for coffee.
All plates and cutlery are also of course provided.
