Park Lea is a Visit England rated Three Star (Silver Award) Bed and Breakfast Guest Accommodation, situated in a convenient location overlooking Boston's Central Park and is within a short walk to the historic town center. 85 Norfolk Street was built in the early 1900's and was converted into Park Lea Guest House in 1984 - dcor for all rooms has been tastefully kept up-to-date by the current owners, Elaine and Richard.

There is private off-street parking, as well as storage facilities for bicycles and free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the house. Our Bedrooms offer good sized clean accommodation for 1, 2 or 3 people, Freeview T.V.'s, thermostatically controlled radiators, alarm clock/radio, hospitality tray - including tea coffee milk, hot chocolate, fresh bottled tap water and complementary toiletries.

The Guest House is a large white building situated just North of the Town Centre at the junction of Norfolk Street with Robin Hoods Walk and Tawney Street. You may find it useful when approaching from any direction to follow road signs to the Crematorium.

We ask for rooms to be vacated by 10am, this gives us sufficient time to get your room ready for the next guest.
If you need to leave your luggage until later in the day please don't hesitate to ask.
Please note payment is upon arrival - A 20 deposit is required per room if booking in advance.
Please note that balance of payment is due on arrival and we can accept cash or UK cheques.
Please be aware that once you have made a booking with us, we shall reserve accommodation for you accordingly.
This may mean we turn away other guests.
The Guest House is a large white building situated just North of the Town Centre at the junction of Norfolk Street with Robin Hoods Walk and Tawney Street.

You will approach the Town Centre on the A16 (At this point known as John Adam's Way).
Stay on this road until you reach a major junction.
The road to the right is signposted to Grimsby and Skegness.
The road straight on is signposted to Horncastle and the road to the left is signposted to the Town Centre.
Park up, and leave the car whilst you discover the historic town of Boston.
Visit the Marina, walk along the riverbank, marvel at the magnificent St Botolph's Church and climb the tower for some wonderful views.
Explore the windmill, educate yourself at the Guildhall Museum or indulge yourself at the shops or twice weekly market.
Complete your day with a meal at one of Boston's many restaurants or pubs offering a wide range of food and prices (Many of these have been personally tested on your behalf).
A small family run Guest House close to Boston town centre, offering 3 EnSuite rooms and one room with private facilities.
One room is on the ground floor, the remainder on the first floor.
There are side hung gates for pedestrians from Norfolk Street and Robin Hoods Walk (opposite front door).
To access the front door there is a set of inward opening double doors (which may be closed in the winter) leading to a small tiled porch.
Two steps lead from the pathway to the main door, the first step is 17cm high, the second is 7cm high.
