We are delighted to welcome you to our family home which we have been running as a Bed and Breakfast for the past 12 years. Having worked in small hotels, we have had many years' experience of offering hospitality, and having travelled extensively, we also understand the importance of getting it right. If you are coming in to town from the airport, the tram stop is a five minute walk, as is the bus station.

Services
We have two rooms, both of which are decorated in calming tones and furnished with a mixture of antique family furniture and paintings, and more modern pieces.
There is a selection of magazines and a wide variety of books.
Each room has a large comfortable bed, dressed with crisp white Egyptian cotton linen, and feather and down duvets and pillows.
Our shower rooms have fluffy white towels and toiletries from one of Scotland's favourite brands - Arran Arromatics.
Both rooms have a flat screen TV/DVD, radio, hairdryer, tea/coffee tray and homemade shortbread.
