Elsie, Drew and Sandy Robertson extend a warm highland welcome when you stay at Edencoille Guest House where personal attention is paramount for our guests. Edencoille is a charming family run 4 star visit Scotland approved guest house in an elevated position overlooking loch Leven and the Mamore Estate deer forest, Built in 1912 as a manager's house for British Aluminium it has been extended in 2006 to accommodate all bedrooms to a high standard with en-suite bathrooms with large showers.

There are also foot spa's in each room to reinvigorate weary walkers as well as hostess trays, hairdryers, televisions and there is wifi available throughout the house. The area is an excellent location for hillwalking, fishing, climbing and wildlife observation being the haunt of the golden eagle, red deer and pine marten. We hope to be able to satisfy your expectations and enhance your entire experience of holidaying in Scotland and would like you to leave with fond memories of your visit to Edencoille.
Services
We have a total of 6 letting rooms available comprising of 4 double/twin rooms, 1 triple room and 1 quad room (can sleep 4 or 5 as it comprises of 1 double bed and 3 single beds).
All our rooms are fully equipped with Hostess trays, hairdryers, foot spa's, dvd tv's, docking stations and the whole house has an accessible WiFi internet connection.
We cater especially well for groups or families with a choice of double, twin, triple, or quad rooms with cots available on request.
An iron and ironing board are available on request and we have a drying room for wet outdoor clothing and boots (with heating and dehumidifier), also we offer standard laundry wash and dry for a small fee per load.
1 triple room with 3 single beds @ 42 per person per night based on 3 sharing, breakfast included.
1 large family room comprising 1 double bed and 3 single beds so can sleep 4 to 5 people @ 42 per person per night.
Whilst we do not have specific single rooms a double/twin room can be booked for single occupancy the cost would be 84 with breakfast included.
In the event of cancellation we require 7 days' notice of cancellation.
If less than 7 days is provided we will take the full payment for the booking; more than 7 days' notice will result only in the loss of the deposit.
Situated in the village the indoor ice wall and climbing facility offers learners courses and advanced climbing experience for all levels of ability.
The Aluminium Story Visitor Centre, located in the village itself where you can find out the real story behind how the village came to be what it is today.
The Scottish Sea Life Sanctuary, Barcaldine just a 40 minute car journey from the village.
You can spend a day at the centre, visit and see the feeding of seals, otters and other marine life and discover what wildlife abounds in our local waters.
There are a number of local walks in the village including the grey mare's tail and Mamore lodge walk.
Fishing permits can be purchased at the aluminium story and there is ample space on the river to enjoy yourself.
For the more adventurous the Ice Factor indoor climbing wall has a number of facilities for outdoor pursuits.
For further outdoor pursuits it's only fitting that Lochaber is known as the Outdoor Capital of the UK.
There is no limit on the amount of things you can try to pack in either for a short break or for a full holiday; these range from sea kayaking to orienteering and from white water rafting to mountain biking.
Edencoille is located in Kinlochleven, some 6 miles from Glencoe and 20 miles south of Fort William in the area of Lochaber which has recently been crowned "The Outdoor Capital of The UK".
It is an ideal setting for all outdoor enthusiasts or maybe you would just like to take in our stunning west coast mountain scenery.
From the North: On the A 82, after passing through south Ballachulish over the Bridge, take the left hand turning to Kinlochleven.
We are about 5 miles along this road at the beginning of Kinlochleven village.
