Ammonite Bed and Breakfast is situated within the historic village of Corfe Castle, centrally located within the beautiful Isle of Purbeck and only a stones throw from the World Heritage site of the Jurassic coastline. We are only a two minute walk from the village centre, 'the square', from which all local amenities are available, from tea rooms, restaurant and pubs, to stunning walks over the Purbeck hills or a visit into Corfe Castle itself.
Ammonite Bed and Breakfast offers three beautiful rooms, comprising of two double en-suites and a twin room with private bathroom. All rooms offer T.V., tea and coffee making facilities and a comfortable night's sleep. The superbly cooked breakfast, cooked upon a traditional Aga using locally sourced produce, is taken in the dining area which offers stunning views of the surrounding Purbeck Hills.
We also provide off road private parking and a large variety of information upon local attractions and places to visit. We are more than happy to help you plan your days activities, whether that be in Corfe Castle itself or ranging from recommending walks of varying lengths and difficulty, which begin from our front door, to trips further afield such as Lulworth Cove, the deserted village of Tyneham or a trip to Baden Powell's initial scout camp site of Brownsea Island.

We try to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, all our rooms include a 'Welcome to Purbeck' folder, including information on the local and surrounding areas, free Wi-Fi access, tea (including herbal) and coffee making facilities, hairdriers and a colour television.
Also provided for all of our guests in the entrance hallway is a number of leaflets and information packs of all the local attractions, including maps of local walks and cycleways.
We also provide a shared fridge from which you can leave any drinks or that bottle of champagne to chill if celebrating a special occasion.

A minimum of 2 nights is applicable during peak season and weekends, unless otherwise stated.
During Bank Holidays there is a minimum booking period of 3 nights.
A deposit is required within two weeks to secure your booking.
In the event of cancellation every effort will be made to re-let the rooms, if we are unable to re-let your room you maybe liable for some, or all, of the cost of your booking.
The south room is situated at the rear of the house, it is spacious and has a king size bed along with an en-suite shower bathroom.
