The fully equipped Annagh Cottage combines a traditional style with all the modern conveniences, incorporated in an early 20th Century period decor and design. It's comfortable furnishings, along with the relaxing surroundings make it an ideal spot to spend your holiday! Annagh Cottage is situated on the western shores of Lough Beg, just N.W of Lough Neagh.

Lough Beg is a nature reserve and an ASSI area with Church Island as its focal point. We are just 30 minutes from the Belfast International Airport, 40 minutes from the Belfast Harbour and City Airport, and Derry Airport is 1 hour away. Being in a central location the Cottage offers accessibility to anywhere in the North of Ireland. Annagh Cottage is less than 3 miles from the Belfast to Derry M2/A6 road and 6 miles from Magherafelt.

The area is a great base to explore the North of Ireland, visit the Antrim Coast and Lough Neagh and walk the Sperrin Mountains. Within 3 miles you have water sports and fishing on the River Bann (said to be the best course fishing river in Ireland) There is also fishing at the Moyola River and golfing at the Moyola Golf Club.

The Cottage sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms all with ensuite, kitchen and dining area, bathroom with bath, large living room, patio and enclosed garden.
The Kitchen and Dining Area is fully equipped with a full size oven, hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and fridge freezer and ironing facilities.
The Living Room is equipped with patio doors south facing, sofas, digital TV, DVD player, CD/radio player and a wood burning stove.
A selection of CDs, DVDs and books are supplied.
The Cottage has an enclosed garden, patio area with furniture, a barbecue and secure off road parking.
Dewhamill B+B is located on the western shores of Lough Beg where we offer guests comfortable accommodation and a traditional Irish Breakfast.

We offer fully equipped bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 twin, all with private ensuites, workstations, flat screen TVs, tea and coffee trays and WiFi.
Guests can also use the comfy living room to relax and enjoy the view.

Guests should keep the cottage and all furniture, fixtures and fittings in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found, Excessive cleaning will incurr an extra charge.
A refundable deposit of 200 is required on booking, this secures your booking and will be refunded after departure providing the cottage is left in good order.
