We are just 30 minutes from the Belfast International Airport, 40 minutes from the Belfast Harbour and City Airport, and Derry Airport is 1 hour away. Being in a central location the Cottage offers accessibility to anywhere in the North of Ireland. The area is a great base to explore the North of Ireland, visit the Antrim Coast and Lough Neagh and walk the Sperrin Mountains. Within 3 miles you have water sports and fishing on the River Bann (said to be the best course fishing river in Ireland) There is also fishing at the Moyola River and golfing at the Moyola Golf Club.

The Kitchen and Dining Area is fully equipped with a full size oven, hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and fridge freezer and ironing facilities.
The Living Room is equipped with patio doors south facing, sofas, digital TV, DVD player, CD/radio player and a wood burning stove.

The Cottage has an enclosed garden, patio area with furniture, a barbecue and secure off road parking.
