Services
Duncan, originally from the Isle of Mull and a builder by trade, has lived on Anglesey with his wife Prydwen, who is from the area, since 1970.
Duncan has always had a great interest in food and cooking and for many years they had both felt that the West Coast of Anglesey would benefit greatly from a wider variety of restaurants.
It wasnt until 2006 that their dreams started to become a reality.
Duncan and Prydwen soon realised that this was their opportunity to create a modern, purpose-built hotel and restaurant that would provide a service to the Island and its visitors.
