Liz is a warm and gregarious hostess, who gives you a wonderful English welcome when you arrive at her beautiful home. Colledges House is a Grade II listed large thatched Northamptonshire stone cottage situated in the historic village of Staverton with a charming cottage, conservatory and heavenly garden, which she loves to share with her guests. Colledges House is a UK bed and breakfast providing b&b accommodation.

The discerning guest will appreciate the relaxed and friendly ambiance in wonderful surroundings, incorporating style, comfort, delicious meals, peace and tranquility.
The rooms are delightful.
All bedrooms in the main house and cottage are uniquely and individually decorated and have ensuite facilities.
The beds are hugely comfortable and the bathrooms include both bath and shower.
All bedrooms have flatscreen televisions, trouser press, hair dryer, coffee and tea making facilities.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro and Switch, we do not accept Diners Club or American Express.
A minimum deposit of J10.00 per person per night is required to confirm a reservation.
Please always try to book in advance and advise us of your approximate time of arrival, and notify us if you are delayed.
We are unable to accept unannounced guests.
If you have to cancel, please remember that a contract exists between you and Colledges House.
Your deposit is not refundable.
We will try and re-let your room(s) but if this is not possible, you are liable to 60% of the total charges if you cancel within 13 days of the start of your visit, and 80% within 48 hours.
The conservation village of Staverton is full of historic houses and sits on the edge of the valley of the River Leam.
With magnificent views over open country, it lies on the Jurassic Way and The Three Rivers circular walk passes through the parish.
On a fine day you can see as far as the Malvern and Shropshire hills.
The church dates from C.1300 and the Manor House is listed in the Domesday Book.

There is so much to see and do in the vicinity.
Visit Warwick Castle, Althorp, Woburn, Stratford or the Cotswolds.
Waddeston Manor, Blenheim or Oxford are just 45 minutes away.
Coton Manor Gardens and many historic and National Trust properties are in the area.
Motor racing or track days at Silverstone, exhibitions and trade fairs at Stoneleigh Park, horse racing at Towcester and Warwick, and the events at the N.E.C. are all easily accessible from Staverton.
