Mount Garmon View Guesthouse was built in the 1850's, recently fully refurbished whilst maintaining its original Victorian ambience and features, is located in the centre of Betws y Coed. With a magnificent view of Mount Garmon opposite, it is the ideal base for adventures or relaxing in the picturesque Snowdonia National Park. Petra, the proprietor, offers warm hospitality with an emphasis on quality facilities and service.

With a wealth of local knowledge and information we are happy to give guidance on how best to enjoy the surrounding beautiful areas of north Wales. Whether walking, horse riding, bird watching, touring, mountain biking, canoeing, fishing, playing golf, there is something for everyone including lovely shops, cafesand restaurants. The surrounding Gwydyr forest offers numerous spectacular walks and mountain bike trails directly from the house as well as the bigger mountains close by.

Enjoy a hearty healthy breakfast in your large dinning room with individual tables (we can rearrange tables to suit the size of your group).
We use fresh local produce whenever possible with sausages and bacon supplied by the award winning A.L & R.O.
Jones" Butcher from Llanrwst and free range eggs from "Ochr Cefn Isa" Farm based on the National Trust's Ysbyty Ifan Estate.
Our breakfast options are also totally flexible.
We can also cater for diabetic, Coeliac /celiac, vegan and lactose intolerant diets with both soya and goats milk available with a little advance notice.
Formerly Tree Top Adventure, the Zip World Fforest site is Zip World's most recent acquisition.
It offers an idyllic woodland setting for all your adventurous wishes.
Free fall from up high on Plummet or sore over the tree tops on the giant five seater swing, Skyride.
The Junior Tree Trail will also keep any little adventures busy!
After all that adventure, why not relax, re fuel and watch the action from Zip World Fforest Caffi.
A forest of lakes and mountains in the heart of Snowdonia, Gwydyr Forest Park is home to a wide range of activities, as well as birdlife and other wildlife.
We booked the guesthouse as a spur of the moment mini break last week for our family.
The guesthouse is lovely and we had a relaxed "home from home" stay.
Petra is an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble for her to provide.
Everything is well thought out in the rooms and the breakfasts perfect.
We, as a family, have complicated dietary reauirements and this was catered for!
There are plenty of things to do in the village and the sourrounding areas whether it be walking, shopping, eating, plus outward bound adventures for the teens!
