Our lovely house occupies a sunny position away from the farm buildings and is situated on the edge of the small tranquil village of Shillingford St George, just 2 miles from A30 & A38 with excellent access to the M5.
Conveniently located near to the Cathedral City of Exeter, Exeter University and Exeter airport, ideal for business or the discerning traveller. We have two beautiful Double/Twin/Single rooms available in our Exeter B&B, each with their own en-suite bathrooms.
We also have have one Family bedroom with a private bathroom with a bath & shower (towels and toiletries are provided).
All of our bedrooms contain a radio, hairdrier, television and tea & coffee making facilities.
There is also free wireless broadband connection for all our guests.
Our South View Farm breakfast is lovingly prepared (using fresh, local produce wherever possible - including our own free range eggs) and cooked on our Aga at a time to suit you.

The room is named after the River Exe which rises on Exmoor at 1450 feet, the fast flowing water follows steep wooded valleys through the beautiful Exe Valley, then gently meandering over 60 miles before reaching the sea at Exmouth.
There are fabulous views over our garden and the open Devon countryside.
