At Bay Tree House we aim to provide our guests with a comfortable and relaxing stay in our family home. Being on the doorstep of this beautiful City we are just 5 minutes walk from the Thermae Bath Spa, The Roman Baths, The Royal Crescent and The Circus, as well as the vast selection of shops! With an excellent choice of restaurants nearby, we are happy to help with recommendations and reservations.

The train and bus stations are within 15 minutes walk or a short taxi ride. If you are arriving by car, we have private parking spaces at the rear of the house. Our rooms are stylish and homely along with a friendly atmosphere and with all the personal touches of a small family run business. Please note that all our room rates are for ROOM ONLY, although we do provide a fridge with some provisions for a 'light/ takeaway breakfast and have some suggestions for great breakfast venues locally.

read more › Crescent Gardens is generally not recognised on most SatNav systems, if necessary please enter Nile Street or BA1 2AZ, this is a side road off of the A4 Upper Bristol Road, opposite Bay Tree House. At the roundabout take the 3rd. Continue for one mile passing through several sets of traffic and pedestrian lights. Beware of the bus lane as you approach the outskirts of the city. Following signs for Hospital A&E and Long Stay parking. Go straight on through the traffic lights (Morrisons supermarket on your left) At the next set of traffic lights again go straight ahead.
