MK Accommodation provides a housing and support solution to people of all backgrounds and varying housing needs. MK Accommodation was set up in 2015 by a multi disciplined team with a wealth of knowledge in housing, care and supported living. Our ethos is to have a positive impact on the lives of the people we house and support through the delivery of a high quality, person-centred support service.
MK Accommodation is committed to providing a smooth and seamless process for all our service users by identifying individual needs and providing an appropriate services. I was going through depression and I was supported to sign up with a local GP, I was supported with my benefits and eventually signposted to educational courses at Fircroft college and enrolled on a university access course.
Having completed this course I then went to university and dropped out and became homeless again, I ended up in a hostel and felt institutionalised and was not happy - I was referred to MK Accommodation again and my support worker supported me with following a vocational route to employment - 18 months later I now have my own front door, I have my own small flat which I call home and work full time in groundworks preparing parts of the Midlands for HS2.

To provide the outstanding service we do; MK Accommodation have a multi disciplined team with experience and expertise in housing, health & social care, supported living and residential settings for adults, children and young people - MK Accommodation galvanises these various different disciplines to bring forward an uncompromised service.
MK Accommodation are very proactive in engaging with our neighbours and the local community; we therefore liase with and obtain feedback from neighbours around the locality of our tenants homes.
We understand sometimes, some of the people we support and house can cause issues; sometimes these issues are directly caused or indirectly caused.
We feel its important you don't objectify the tenants we support; sometimes they are going through difficult periods in there life and any radical action or confrontation can accelerate any anxieties or issues; to alleviate any concerns its important neighbours contact MK Accommodation with your feedback.

Firstly; our housing stock.
We ensure all of our buildings are in excellent condition and our tenants live in the best conditions, we separate ourselves from many other housing providers by delivering very high standards of accommodation - a concept which our organization prides it self on.
We ensure our buildings meet or exceed the decent home standards act (DHS Act 2004) and Housing health and safety rating systems (HHSRS).

An integral part of our support service is sourcing and procuring move on permanent accommodation.
Part of the support given to our tenant is being registered with Local authorities and housing associations, they begin bidding on properties and sourcing move on accommodation.
This is done after being assessed and spending a minimum duration of 3-6 months with MK Accommodation - we do not want to set our clients up to fail and only do this when we feel a tenant is able to manage a long term tenancy and ready for move on.
