The Beach Hotel is a well established, family run hotel, located in Sandsend a few miles north of Whitby. The recently refurbished hotel faces the sea and all rooms have magnificent views of the coastline. It is fully licensed with a withdraw money bar and restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch and evening meals. It offers a range of comfortable, en-suite bedroom accommodation and welcomes families; well behaved dogs are also permitted on the premises.

It is a very walkable three miles (depending upon the tides of course) along Whitby's sandy beach, at the end of the bay - hence its name!
