We ran Mokoia, a small B&B, just around the corner from Strathallan. We also owned a hotel and self-catering business on the Isle of Mull for over 6 years. Kieron also has a further 15 years experience in the Travel and Tourism industry in London. The third person in our little operation is Myrtle, our 5 year old black Labrador.

No money is charged at the time of booking.
If you cancel within 7 days of your intended arrival, you will be liable for the full cost of the booking if we are unable to re-let the room.
In all cases the room(s) will be re-advertised and every effort will be made to re-let the room(s).
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover these eventualities - this insurance is relatively inexpensive.
In all cases, refunds given by us are subject to a 10.00 charge which covers our administration costs.

If you?re travelling from the west, along Loch Ness, Kenneth Street is on the A82, turning left at the final junction before you cross the main just before the Ness Bridge.
If you?re travelling from the north, south or east, take the A9 as far as the Longman Roundabout, then take a left onto the A82.
You will go over two roundabouts before crossing the river.
Kenneth Street is the second exit off the next roundabout.
Strathallan is 200 metres along on the left hand side.
If you?re travelling from the west, along Loch Ness, Kenneth Street is on the A82, turning left at the final junction before you cross the main just before the Ness Bridge.

The place was very well located, my room basic but comfortable and clean.
Everything I needed really for a short stay.
I felt well looked after and Joe was just the kindest, most welcoming host ever.
Despite of my VERY early mornings she was able to prepare delicious gluten free breakfast for me.
I will definitely be back!
A good bonus was the fact that they were able to give me a visitor car parking permit which allowed me to park outside the B&B as it's a resident only zone.
We travelled as a group of international students to Inverness and stayed in this lovely b&b for two nights.
