Services
Double Superior Ensuite Rooms 3 and 5 are located at the front of our Guest House and benefit from partial sea views from an enclosed balconette where guests can sit, relax and even enjoy a nice glass of wine whilst the world goes by.
The stained glass window in guest room 5 depicts Brighton Pier and the Volks Railway, whilst in guestroom 3 the windows portrays Royal Pavilion and its gardens.
Both rooms have a luxury en-suite shower and toilet with complimentary Pecksniffs Toiletries and 100% soft cotton luxury towels.

Our two double standard guest rooms are located on the first and second floor at the rear of our Guest House and provide the perfect setting in which to enjoy a short or medium stay, as they are smaller than the feature rooms.

The wet room and the galley are reserved for guests staying in the 3rd floor loft rooms, so irrespective of our guests booking one or two loft rooms, the top floor will be become your floor!
