The Guest House is a four story Victorian house which has been converted to have nine en-suite rooms. It is located within easy walking distance to the village pubs, take aways and restaurants and Watermead Park, ideal for walking, cycling, bird watching, fishing and more active water sports. For those working in the local area we often have shift workers in during the day, so can accommodate for many different types of guest.
We can provide a simple breakfast in your room if required however all of the rooms contain a small fridge, microwave, kettle and basic cutlery and crockery. There is also a shared kitchen and laundry area for those wishing to stay for longer periods. We are on Arriva bus route 6 to and from Leicester, with bus stop right outside the Guest House. Bus routes 5 and 5A also pass through Syston.
Syston Railway Station is also six minutes walking distance from the Guest House. Prices start from 25 per room. Rates for long term stays are negotiable. Pets can be accommodated with prior arrangement.
