Cosy Retreats strongly recommends that you have adequate travel insurance cover for you and your party.
This will not only provide cover for you while you are away but will also provide cancellation cover should you, for whatever reason, be forced to cancel your trip.
As explained in our booking terms and conditions, should we be unable to re-let your booked property after your cancellation you will remain liable for the full cost of the holiday.

Once you have secured a booking with Cosy Retreats you will receive a confirmation from us that your down-payment has been received and we will also confirm the date by which you must pay your balance.
This will usually be six weeks prior to your check-in date.
It is important to note that if you do not pay your balance by this date, you risk having your booking cancelled.
In your deposit confirmation email you will receive instructions on how to pay your balance, giving you a range of options such as electronic bank transfer, credit or debit card payment.
