Barclay Farmhouse offers first-class luxury 5 star bed and breakfast accommodation in the quiet, historic village of Biddenden, in the heart of Kent. The accommodation is based around a former farmhouse and outbuildings dating back over 200 years, with extensive grounds and a convenient location close to the coast, many local attractions, picturesque towns and villages such as Sissinghurst, Tenterden and Cranbrook surrounded by spectacular scenery and unspoilt countryside.

Barclay Farmhouse provides a retreat, with stylish, comfortable, quiet and private accommodation set back 100 metres from the road and its own beautiful gardens with wildlife pond, providing a great bolt-hole and getaway for a quiet few days relaxation, contemplation or thought. It is an excellent base for exploring and enjoying all the local area has to offer.

During the winter of 2003/2004 the 18th century barn at the rear of the farmhouse was converted to a bed and breakfast wing, incorporating the exposed oak framing to retain the original historic atmosphere.
Because there is a large deepwater pond in the grounds, we are unable to accommodate children.
Our three double bedrooms have therefore been fitted and furnished to the highest standard of comfort and accommodation, to suit the discerning adult.
We have been awarded "5-stars" by VisitBritain Quality in Tourism with a Gold Award accolade and pride ourselves on providing our guests with this highest possible level of service and hospitality.
This delightful and immaculate holiday cottage is located in the grounds of Barclay Farmhouse.
Parking is available close to the cottage, with a private entrance to one side into the open plan kitchen/dining area with laminate flooring and open plan stairs leading to the bedrooms.
Barclay Cottage has been designated "4-stars" by The English Tourism Council.
The kitchen/dining area has oak storage kitchen units with integral electric oven, ceramic hob, automatic washing machine, dryer, separate fridge and freezer, and dishwasher.
95.00 per night in a double en-suite room, based upon two adults sharing, including substantial continental breakfast with fresh local produce, supplemented with hot speciality cuisine.
75.00 per night per en-suite room, for single occupancy if available, including substantial continental breakfast with fresh local produce, supplemented with hot speciality cuisine.
In May, June, July and August, and bank holiday weekends, bookings which include a Saturday night must be for a minimum of two nights, except where we have late availability.
