Welcome to our cosy and comfortable accommodation within the beautifully restored Old Rectory Coach House. We are ideally situated in the heart of Sampford Brett - a tranquil and pretty village, nestling between Exmoor, the Quantock Hills and the Somerset coast. It is truly the perfect place for a short break! Our accommodation is ideal for families, walkers and cyclists and provides very easy access to an extensive network of footpaths and bridleways.

This includes the Coleridge Way and Macmillan Way West which are routed through our village. Farm View has one large double bedroom and one twin room with bunks whereas The Elms has two double bedrooms and The Stables has one double bedroom and a twin bedroom which can be configured as a double. All three properties have a sofa bed in the lounge and are equipped to a very high standard.

Our tariffs are inclusive of central heating, plentiful hot water, bedlinen and fluffy towels. There is an outdoor swimming pool, trampoline, climbing frame and extensive gardens for play and relaxation.
Services
The Old Rectory Coach House provides comfortable accommodation all year round.
There are three apartments to choose from with a mixture of double, twin and bunk beds.
Each is well equipped for families, walkers and people wanting to get away from the hurly burly of life.
Access to Farm View and the Elms is up short flights of steps from the pretty rear garden, whereas the Stables has easy access via a ramp or two steps from the front of the building.
Well behaved pets are welcome but we ask that dogs aren't left alone in the property while you're out.
The Stables is a spacious ground floor apartment with easy access.
It has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom that can be configured as a double, and a sofa bed in the sitting room.
The Stables provides bright spacious accommodation and is fitted to a high standard with comfy beds, fitted carpets, modern bathroom and country pine furniture.
There is central heating throughout that keeps the property snug and warm even in the depths of winter.
The Stables has a spacious double bedroom with room for a travel cot which we can provide on request.
The Elms provides bright spacious accommodation and is fitted to a high standard with comfy beds, fitted carpets, modern bathroom and country pine furniture.
I cannot say highly enough how impressed we were with the Elms.
There is everything you could think of to make a relaxing stay: great views, sounds and sights of the steam railway and a friendly, hospitable village.
The grounds of the cottage are great for children to explore, including a trampoline, play equipment and outdoor pool.
The Elms (graded by Visit England as 4*) provides bright spacious accommodation and is fitted to a high standard with comfy beds, fitted carpets, modern bathroom and country pine furniture.
Our outdoor swimming pool is open from May until September and was refurbished at the beginning of 2015.
It is now lined and is surrounded by new granite paving.
It is a little distance from the accommodation and is surrounded by walls and a high trellis.
The gate has a high latch to restrict access by wandering children, but we do ask parents to be vigilant at all times and to accompany children when they are in the pool area.
A table and chairs are provided on the pool side and its a lovely sheltered place to relax with a cup of coffee even during the winter.
The play area includes a climbing frame with two swings, a slide, climbing wall and fort.
There is also a trampoline, swing ball and various other toys.
A picnic bench and some garden chairs are provided so you can relax with a drink while watching the children enjoy themselves.
The main lawn of the Old Rectory provides further space for ball games, badminton and croquet.
