It is outstandingly clean and the access to tea and coffee works perfectly.
The breakfast is cooked to ordered and is plentiful.

I had booked a twin and a triple room, for a group of 5 friends, but was told no twin was available, so we would have to have a double.
Not really enough time for us to find somewhere else, so we had to go with it, but I was not impressed - fair enough if it was a last minute booking, but this was 10 weeks later.

Station Approach is conveniently located within easy reach of the motorways and rail network.
We are close to Solihull Railway Station with trains to Birmingham and Warwick and to the Bus Station with links to the NEC, giving both the business traveller and tourist a comfortable and convenient place to rest.
