Welcome to Blairdhu House Bed and Breakfast accommodation conveniently located at the Skye Bridge, minutes walk from amenities at the lovely fishing village of Kyleakin. If you are looking for a place to relax after a days walking or just sight-seeing on our beautiful Island, you have come to the right place. You are assured of a warm welcome at our personally run Bed and Breakfast on the Isle of Skye.

We will be more than happy to share with you our knowledge of local history, culture, scenery, wildlife and other attractions. Blairdhu House is beautifully situated and provides superb panoramic views across the entrance of Loch Alsh, ruins of Castle Moil and the mountains beyond.

Blairdhu House is beautifully furnished throughout to a high standard, all rooms are en-suite with TV, WiFi, tea/coffee making facilities, radio, hairdryers and ironing facilities.
Two twin bedrooms, one family room that can accommodate 3 persons, plus four double rooms are available.
We offer an extensive breakfast menu, some of the popular choices are.
Scrambled Eggs and Smoked Salmon, Smoked Mackerel and Kippers, which have a unique taste, not to forget our full Scottish breakfast.
If you would prefer a healthy option, we reccommend the Blairdhu Special, which is truly scrumptious.
Kyleakin offers some lovely walks.
Right beside Blairdhu House is a beautiful forest walk, this will take you around 45 minutes, from the top, there is a spectacular view point where you can see for miles.
There is also a lovely walk towards the ruins of the Castle and along the shoreline.
In the evening many of our guests take a leisurely stroll to the top of the bridge to see the beautiful sunsets, which are truly spectacular.
Kyleakin is one of the main gateways to Skye and is now a picturesque fishing village.
Armadale Castle Gardens and Museum of the Isles is set in the heart of a 20,000 acre Highland estate.
The Trust has restored the gardens and part of the Castle, created the Museum of the Isles, founded the Study Centre, built holiday accommodation and established a visitor centre that appeals to all age groups.
Armadale has in the stables a licensed restaurant and shop with mail order facilities.
