Trimnells House, Colerne, near Bath, is ideally placed for combining the enjoyment of rural South West England with the delights.

Sue would like to welcome you to Trimnells House, an imposing and charmingly converted Victorian Farmhouse, built in 1871 and set in the North Wiltshire countryside, within easy reach of the City of Bath, a World Heritage Site; and the City of Bristol.A large and distinctive double or family room located on the first floor overlooking the front garden.

This room has. Our largest and most adaptable room located on the first floor with double aspect views of the front and side. A generously sized first floor room with double aspect views of the rear and side gardens including the ornamental pond. A good sized ground floor double room with level access to the kitchen, dining room and guest lounge.
Services
We do not serve a cooked breakfast.
For room only guests, we include a light breakfast of cereals, toast, tea, coffee and juice.
This is available on a self served informal basis in the kitchen.
Guests are able to use our fully equipped kitchen to cook meals if they wish.
There is a shop in the village about 5 minutes walk away.
Cooked breakfast can be found about 4-8 miles away in Batheaston, Box, Chippenham or Corsham.
A good sized ground floor double room with level access to the kitchen, dining room and guest lounge.
The room has a zip and link King size bed.
This room offers en suite facilities including a level access shower and separate toilet/wash hand basin cubicle with illuminated vanity mirror and shaver socket.
The room is equipped with 22 digital LCD 'Freeview' TV including an integral DVD player.
The TV is recessed in the illuminated original stone fireplace and framed by a substantial Victorian mantle piece.

This room has a king sized zip and link double bed and a 3' single bed both including a 1500 pocket sprung mattress with memory foam.
Another two 3' beds are also available if required for family occupancy.
This room has spacious adjoining en suite facilities, including a walk in shower, toilet and wash hand basin with illuminated vanity mirror, heated towel rail, shaver socket and its own view over the front garden!
Are guests free to come and go as they please?
Guests will receive a key to the front door during check in and are then welcome to come and go as they please throughout the duration of their stay.
Please consider other guests if you are returning late at night.
Is Colerne on any bus routes?
The buses that serve this area are the number 228 to Bath and the number 635 to Bristol or Chippenham.
The nearest bus stop is just a minutes walk from the house, close to the village church.
Time tables are available on request.
Whilst the delights of Bath are close at hand, the village of Colerne itself offers many local amenities including a hairdressers, newsagent, florist, grocery store and two traditional village pubs providing great food and drink with the occasional music event, all reached within a five to ten minute walk from the house.
There are also two clubs that often have live music or discos at the weekend.
A short drive away, the picturesque villages of Castle Combe and Lacock, and the local towns of Bradford-On-Avon and Corsham can be of great interest, and provide many and varied dining opportunities.
