As with many Bed & Breakfasts, the 'per room, per night' charge varies depending on demand, day of the week and time of the year.
Please note, for longer stays, there is sometimes rate flexibility, so please call on 01904 645818 if you're planning on being in York for 7 or more days.
If we get less than 7 days notice we charge in full, but only if we fail to re-let the room.
However, if you would like to check-in outside these times we are flexible but require prior notice and it depends on room availability.

No.34 is situated on Bootham Crescent, just off the A19 York to Thirsk road approximately 800 metres from the City Centre and 2 miles from the A1237 outer ring road giving easy access to the A64, A1, M1 and M62.
York Railway Station is less than a mile from our B&B.
Leave the station concourse and turn left in the direction of the Minster, crossing the River Ouse via Lendal Bridge.
At the traffic lights turn left into St Leonard's Place and left again by the Art Gallery into Bootham (A19) and continue for approximately 400 metres.
