The Ferry Boat is a popular traditional bar, hotel and seafood restaurant located on the shores of Loch Broom on the beautiful West coast of the Scottish Highlands. We have cosy rooms for those looking to stay the night and a well-stocked bar with real ales, specially featured wines and a good malt whisky selection.

The Ferry Boat Inn was very welcoming. We had a lovely meal in the bar, the bed was comfortable, nice hot shower & a full Scottish breakfast the next day. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. After an initialhiccup on arrival, we had an comfortable bed in a warm room and a nice breakfast before leaving.

We present all kinds of local fresh fish and shellfish showcasing the delicious produce available to us in Ullapool and the Scottish Highlands.
Particular specialities include smoked salmon from Ullapool Smokehouse, hand dived local scallops and the famous langoustines, both landed in Ullapool as well as fresh mussels from the Isle of Lewis, oysters, Orkney crab, Wester Ross salmon and locally smoked haddock.
We offer a selection of seafood platters which are perfect for sharing with a glass of wine whilst watching the fishing boats as they come in for the evening.
