Services
Our historic Cottage is located in Northrepps, a small village on the outskirts of the Victorian seaside town of Cromer - just one mile away.
While the coastal village of Overstrand and the world-famous Norfolk Broads are on our doorstep too.
North Norfolk is lavished with spectacular coastlines, wildlife, seaside communities, heritage, culture and charming market towns and villages.
Secluded and peaceful, Northrepps Cottage is the perfect base from which to explore all our beautiful area has to offer.
Our exceptional guest rooms feature en-suite facilities and a wealth of in-room amenities, including mostly king-size beds, which are finished with Egyptian cotton sheets and cosy goose down duvets and pillows.
Our rooms include a hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, chef's homemade biscuits and a desk with comfortable seating area.
For an extra touch of relaxation, we offer in-room dining.
Every room has a luxury en-suite, equipped with drench-power showers and baths in most rooms and come fitted with heated flooring, towel rails and mirrors.
This large bedroom and our Bridal Suite provides splendid views of the garden, distant coast and wandering sheep in a neighbouring meadow, all from a luxury window seat.
Opulent golden furnishings, an adjoining dressing room and roll top bath with shower head represent the great legacy of Elizabeth, a social reformer and philanthropist.
A large print of Elizabeth, 'Angel of Prisons, ' and a lock of her hair are intriguing finishing touches to this room regarded as the property's signature suite.
This room offers Chic duck egg blue walls, showcasing prints of Sir Repton's work as the last great 18thcentury English landcape designer.
We are lucky to possess the transcript of his work when creating Northrepps Hall and surrounding areas - a popular pre-dinner read in our restaurant.
His portfolio includes Sheringham Park, a local National Trust property, often enjoyed by our guests.
The Anna Gurney room is fitted with a large rolltop bath with shower head.
From here you can enjoy unique views of the front of the property.
It is decorated in stately tones with light furnishings to represent the lady it is named in honour of.
A British scholar specialising in Old English, Anna called Northrepps Cottage her home for many years.
She was wheelchair-bound and various features around the Cottage, including the existing staircase, were adapted to accommodate Anna and remind us of her today.
