Ian Dunkerley
Owner
Proprietor with 56 years in hospitality, starting as a 14-year-old entrepreneur. Trained at Thanet College, worked at Brown's Hotel Mayfair, and led Kent's major hotels before establishing Dunkerleys in 1987. Maintains active involvement at age 70.
Linda Dunkerley
Co-owner
Co-founder with extensive hospitality experience since working at Chilham's Drum Major pub. Partnered with Ian from 1979's Cambridge Room venture through to the 1987 establishment of Dunkerleys. Key operational role in the business's development.
Ben Dunkerley
Head Chef
Third-generation hospitality professional with 20 years culinary experience. Leads kitchen operations since 2017, maintaining family tradition of quality food preparation. Oversees both restaurant and room service menus.

What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 2pm, with check-out required by 11am daily.
Does the restaurant require reservations?
We recommend booking for dinner service, though walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.
