The en-suite bath/shower rooms have soft fluffy towels and hand made soaps. Bookings are secured by payment of a deposit of half the amount either by cheque or Faster Payments Service by internet.
The balance is payable by transfer one week before the stay or in cash on arrival.
Payment for late bookings is by cash on arrival.
We are unable to accept credit or debit cards.
Bookings will be held for five working days to give time for arrival of deposit.
Once deposit is received the booking will be confirmed if deposit has not arrived the dates may be offered to others.
Cancellations policy is that if you cancel up to three weeks before your stay your deposit will be refunded minus a 5 admin.

Pass the "Swan Pub" on your right, cross the river, go up a hill and just before the top take the small turn on the right marked Coates, this is Coates Lane.
Proceed for 0.8 miles.
You will pass the church on your right, and 100 yards further on at 0.8 miles, take the private drive on the right to COATES CASTLE.
Then follow directions 1 to 4 below.
Take the A284, at the top of the hill take the second turning on the roundabout A27 to Fittleworth.
