Our three self catering cottages are converted farm buildings, situated in rural West Lancashire yet within easy reach of many attractions. Newly converted and with the highest quality fitting, not only are they suitable for families but they also offer disabled facilities.

Our three cottages are sited in lovely countryside with views over fields yet within range of both Southport, Ormskirk and Liverpool - ideal accommodation for the Grand National, conferences, the Southport Flower Show, Liverpool One shopping and offering peace and quiet with a little luxury.Awarded 4 star accreditation and M1 mobility accreditation from Visit England Quality in Tourism!.

We are happy to discuss your specific requirements - for example our kingsized beds may be taken as two singles.
The car park is less than 40 metres from the furthest cottage and the area is all hardstanding.
Access to the cottages is by flagged paths and flagged, gentle slopes.

If you love eating out, we have excellent restaurants and several nationally-praised dining places all within very short driving distance - owners Linda and Stan will be delighted to direct you to the right place for dinner.
Among many warm and welcoming local places we can recommend the excellent New Scarisbrick Arms only five minutes walk away.
This newly-refurbished restaurant and bar serves good, locally-sourced food.
There are farm shops nearby supplying free range eggs, organic produce and locally-reared meat.
Liverpool is less than 30 minutes' drive away and there is a regular bus service, so we are ideally placed for attractions including the Albert Dock and Maritime Museum, football fixtures at Liverpool and Everton and the famous Grand National.
Anthony Gormley's "Another Place" on Crosby Beach is well worth a visit.
The Tudor splendour of Speke Hall and Rufford Old Hall, both owned by the National Trust, is also not to be missed.
This coast is home to many fine golf courses, the most famous of which is Royal Birkdale.
From a southerly direction, take the M6 to junction 21a, the M62 towards Liverpool to junction 6 and the M57 towards Southport.
Stay on the M57 until the end at Switch Island.
Follow the signs for A59 Ormskirk.
At the third set of lights on this dual carriageway, turn left, pass Maghull Town Centre on your right and turn right at the lights taking the A 5147 towards Southport.
Stay on this road passing the Weld Blundell pub on your right, the Scotch Piper pub on your left, Our Ladies Church on the right and St Thomas's Church on your left on a sharp bend.
Our visitors are often surprised by just how 'in the country' we are.
The cottages are surrounded by fields and the location is quiet and peaceful.
Yet, we are only a short drive away from the coast and the facilities and entertainment of Liverpool, Crosby and Southport.
