The Brick House is a large, elegant, award winning bed and breakfast Tunbridge Wells, set in an Edwardian house right in the town centre of the quiet Tunbridge Wells Conservation Area. Julia and Clive have many years experience running a B&B and looking after their guests, knowing what is required to make their stay a happy and enjoyable one.

The central location is superb; we have the most central location of any bed and breakfast Tunbridge Wells and we also offer the benefit of free parking at the premises to all our guests.
All of our rooms are large and have been recently refurbished to a high standard. They are tastefully decorated and full of antiques. Rooms are fully equipped with everything needed to make your stay comfortable including; digital TV, WIFI, tea and coffee making facilities as well as either a luxury spring or Tempur memory foam mattress.

Proprietors Julia and Clive achieved a good balance of service and privacy, they were around at breakfast, and in the evening, and you were able to come and go as you pleased.
Tasty breakfast was to personal order and time, rooms very comfortable and quiet.
Our room was beautifully furnished to a very high standard and and spotlessly clean.
Our bathroom was across the landing but this presented no problems at all.
The bathroom was very spacious, towels big and fluffy and the toileteries of good quality.

Parking- If the parking space at the front of the house is occupied, please ring the bell and we will provide you access to the parking spaces at the back of the house.
