Our self contained function suite is an air conditioned, warm, bright and spacious facility with patio doors that open onto our outdoor seating area - perfect for summer weddings.
Weddings are our speciality and we can organise every detail from wedding ceremony to evening reception.

The Gilvenbank Hotel is the ideal venue for family and friends to reunite and mark the loss of a loved one.

We have two function suites available, with our main hall holding up to 120 people and the smaller suite up to 50 people.
We can make arrangements for flower bouquets and we welcome you to personalise the room with any photos or mementos if you wish.

Our self contained conferences suite offers air conditioned, warm and bright and purpose built facility to those guests wishing to hold meetings, seminars and presentations in private surroundings for up to 60 people.
Seating and table plans can be agreed in advance and include theatre style, boardroom and group tables.
We also have disabled access throughout the hotel.
Guests can be served with teas, coffee or soft drinks on arrival as well as throughout the duration of their stay at planned times.
