Clare Park is a not for profit, charitable organisation, offering an alternative to retirement property ownership by providing accommodation on a simple All-Inclusive Monthly Residential Fee, encompassing every major living expense. We are committed to providing our residents with the best possible care, comfort and value. Residents pay a fully refundable deposit (loan) then an all-inclusive monthly residential fee.
In return Clare Park provide a worry free environment, encompassing all the major expenses. Domestic service, meals, heat, light, Council Tax and maintenance are just some of the support services that are provided within this monthly fee.

We fulfill our charitable status primarily through providing a caring home for older people to ensure that they can continue to enjoy life to the full, by subsidising accommodation and meals for friends and family, ensuring that our residents are able to play a role in the local village community.
