At The Panmure Arms Hotel, we aim to provide the very best quality accommodation for your stay, the very best quality food in our restaurant and a stunning location which is surrounded by wilderness. Meals can be served at any time out with these times by prior arrangement. High Tea can be arranged for parties of 15 or more. We hope you will find all our rooms are comfortable, well appointed and expertly serviced.

All are en-suite and size and layout differ to suit all types of guests. The hotel is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 50 weeks a year. While in Angus, you may wish to get out into the wilderness and take advantage of the wonderful scenery on offer. If you are a keen walker, you will have countless opportunities nearby. Everything from the gentle rolling hill to the serious munro.

Edzell, one of Scotland's many delightful historic towns has a lot to offer. It is nestled in the wilderness of Angus, brimming with wildlife and plenty for those who like nature walks, bird watching and rambling.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to morning of arrival.
In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of arrival, then full payment will be taken.
Cash, Cheque, Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta, Amex & Travellers Cheques in Stirling payment are accepted.
Our restaurant includes various dining areas.
We can cater for all needs including vegetarian and celiac.
A children's menu is available.
We always recommend booking tables to avoid disappointment.
Our lounge bar provides a friendly atmosphere for both those enjoying a relaxing drink or delicious meal, with background music and sky television.
There are also sofas available in our lounge bar; a perfect place to enjoy a drink or coffee.
However, if you prefer quieter surroundings to dine, our front lounge is ideal.
We are a family run business with the emphasis on quality and service, specialising in weddings, thus with our skilled and attentive staff allows us to make your wedding day a most memorable one.
Our 'Lyndsay Suite', is the perfect setting for wedding parties up to 120 guests, and with the various rooms throughout the hotel gives us the diversity to accommodate the wedding service, if required, service cost 3.50 per guest.
Smaller wedding parties can also be very easily accommodated with no extra charges, whether just for a meal or a full function what ever you have in mind, please feel free to come in at any time and have a look around our facilities.
The hotel is ideally situated for Hunting, Shooting and Fishing on the surrounding hills, glens and rivers of neighbouring estates: Fasque, Gannochy, Careston and Dalhousie.
These events can be arranged through us or direct with the Estates.
While in the Angus, NorthEast region of Scotland you may wish to visit some of the very popular golf courses: Edzell, Brechin, Montrose, Forfar and Alyth all on the doorstep.
Slightly further a field (under an hour drive): Carnoustie, St. Andrews, Ballater and Banchory, to name but a few.
On leaving Aberdeen airport follow signs towards Aberdeen for approximately 6 miles.
There will be a clear sign for Dundee (A 90).
This will involve a right hand turn at a roundabout at the bottom of a steep hill; follow this around Aberdeen (straight ahead at roundabouts and lights).
At the end of this road you come across a bridge and then a roundabout turn right at this roundabout.
You will now be on the A90 to Stonehaven/Dundee stay on this dual carriage way for approximately 40 miles.
When you see a sign for Brechin take this turn off, you will then come on to a roundabout take the left hand turn (Edzell) going under the dual carriage way follow this for approximately 5 miles, you will pass through a little village called Inchbare.
