Woodside holiday cottages are situated in the heart of South East Cornwall. Located near the estuary town of Saltash, home of the imposing Tamar Bridge. Woodside offers a rural location just minutes away from the A38 and the gateway to the Cornish county including miles of coastal paths, cycle routes, sandy beaches and open moors! Set in 27 acres of prime Cornish countryside, Woodside holiday cottages all have private, enclosed garden areas set around large communal grounds for everyone to enjoy.
The outdoor space includes a large lawn area, play area and access to a woodland walk and field. Woodside has been designed to suit all visiting guests from families, couples, children, grandparents and of course you can bring your dog too! There are four cottages in the complex, Chestnut, Willow, Beech and Fir. Two of our properties (Willow and Chestnut) now have Hot Tubs just to add an additional way to relax during your stay.
Each cottage has 2 bedrooms and can be configured to suit your needs.

The four cottages are situated around a courtyard garden area looking out onto the communal garden lawn leading down to the woodland walk and beyond, this is a perfect space to run your pet or children, or a relaxing walk with nature for yourself!
All Woodside cottages have a dedicated corner for our little visitors!
Please let us know the ages of any children in your party and we will include books, games and rainy day activities to suit.

We are certainly blessed with our position at Woodside Holiday lets - a great rural setting with trees and wildlife all around, the scenic moors set either side of us, however easily accessible and only twenty minutes from some great beaches.
There really is something for everyone.
Freathy Beach, Whitsand: Gorgeous sandy beach, with a car park and ice-cream van at the top of the cliff and a fairly short but steep walk to the beach.
Check the tides.
Tregantle Beach, Whitsand: Still sandy and lovely but more of a surfers stretch of beach as less accessible route.
There really is something for everyone.

Woodside has a colourful local history stretching from illicit dog racing to royal helicopter landings!
The holiday cottages are the result of converting 16 stables into 4 luxury holiday lets.
Home to 3 generations, Woodside is truly a family business with 4 active children, 3 dogs a pony and Granny Sue!
We can often be found walking around the grounds and are a good source of local information so do stop us for a chat.
