Welcome to Ivybank Lodge, our luxury boutique Guest House just a few minutes' stroll from the centre of Blairgowrie, a picturesque market town in the heart of beautiful Perthshire. Come and explore our area's natural beauty - Ivybank Lodge is at the start of The Snow Roads, a 90-mile journey to the Highland town of Grantown-on-Spey, traversing some of Scotland's most outstanding landscapes.

Blairgowrie is also on the Heart 200 touring route, a stunning journey through the heart of Scotland, uniquely linking Scotland's two National Parks - Loch Lomond & The Trossachs and The Cairngorms. Our six beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms have all been refurbished to a very high standard. Many retain period features, complemented by contemporary decor and elegant furnishings, and all offer luxury and comfort in abundance and are equipped with everything you need to make your stay truly memorable.

Built in 1850, Ivybank Lodge is a magnificently restored, stone-built Victorian villa set in an acre of mature gardens.
Traditional period features blend seamlessly with contemporary decor and elegant furnishings throughout, and we've also taken care of every detail in your room.
Our Superior Superking Room features a handcrafted Four Poster bed and period fireplace.
Named Strathisla, a Speyside whisky from the oldest working distillery in the Scottish Highlands.
Our Superior King Room features a handcrafted Four Poster bed and a seating area with comfy chairs and coffee table, overlooking the front garden.
Named Glenkinchie in recognition of the 'Edinburgh Malt' which is distilled in East Lothian.
Our largest room offers a spacious Suite for two and can also be configured as a Family Room with a sofa bed to accommodate two children.
