Since the start of the pandemic, our number one priority has been the safety of our team members and customers. So, as we gradually return to normal, we want to make sure you continue to feel safe when visiting the Hotel. Our teams will continue to follow enhanced hygiene and safety processes, and our Perspex screens at Reception, temperature checking equipment and hand sanitiser stations will remain in place.
In addition, our Team Members will continue to wear face coverings while carrying out their duties. However, in line with Government guidance, we can begin to relax some of the measures in the Hotel. Customers will no longer be required to wear a face covering or leave details for NHS contact tracing services, and more tables will be available for you to use both inside and outside.
While face coverings and two-metre social distancing will no longer be mandatory, we know that for many customers these practices continue to provide comfort. We therefore ask for your continued support for those who choose to wear a face covering, or who would like some additional space when moving around the Hotel.

We do not advertise that we are a pet friendly hotel, due to pets being unable to enter the main hotel including the bars, brasserie and breakfast room.
We do certainly accept pets and we love having their happy faces join us.
There are 6 rooms within the estate that can cater for dogs and we charge just 10 per stay.

We have one accessible room within the hotel and this is room 119, a lovely room in the original coach house.
This room can be made into a double room or twin room depending on your preferred requirements.
Due to our hotel being a Grade II listed building, accessibility is a challenge to us as we are unable to put a lift into the hall.
To gain access to the main bars and restaurants, the access is back through the main reception area.
