Old Hall Farm Cottages
Three beautiful self-catering cottages which retain all of their 18th century charm and character. The Old Corn Mill is our largest property and a truly magnificent barn conversion with a full height, vaulted ceiling over the open-plan kitchen/dining area. The Old Dairy was where, traditionally, the milk used to be brought in to store. Now this barn, which is situated in the centre of the courtyard, has a slightly more contemporary feel to it.

Henry's Barn, named after a much loved golden labrador, is a beautifully converted barn, retaining all of the original character whilst still offering the modern facilities you would expect. We now allow guests to bring one, well behaved dog to stay in Henry's Barn and The Old Corn Mill at a cost of 5 per night. A few house rules will apply! We hope that we can help to make your stay with us as relaxing, or as full on as you wish it to be.

Old Hall Farm is an ideal base for exploring Suffolk and the world-renowned Heritage Coast. Visit the historic towns in Suffolk and you'll discover thousands of years of stories etched into the landscape and architecture, but it's not all ancient history, these historic towns are brimming with art, music, food and modern culture.

Old Corn Mill is our largest property and a truly magnificent barn conversion with a full height, vaulted ceiling over the open-plan kitchen/dining area, offering holiday accommodation for six people.
The barn was originally used for grinding the corn from the arable land that once belonged to the farm.
The beamed, quirky character of this building is breathtaking.
We love it and hope you will too.

The Old Dairy was where, traditionally, the milk used to be brought in to store.
Now this barn, which is situated in the centre of the courtyard, has a slightly more contemporary feel to it.
The ground floor area, with a real wood floor throughout, contains a modern duck-egg blue kitchen leading to a very comfortable sitting room with a welcoming red-brick fireplace, which houses an electric wood burner.

Henry's Barn was so named after a much loved golden Labrador who used to live in it some thirty years ago.
It is a beautifully converted barn, which retains all of the original beamed character whilst still offering the modern facilities that you would expect from a property of this stature.
The views across the meadows from this barn are stunning and the large patio windows and private terrace allow you to take full advantage of its beautiful location.

Our swimming pool (15ft x 30ft), is in a large conservatory style building and is heated from Easter through until the end of September each year.
There will be plenty of time for you to swim but times are allocated on arrival.
Our two games rooms have been a great attraction.
We have a table tennis table, a pool table and a giant draughts board in the first room and then we have the astro turf pitch in the second room.
The astro turf area has goal posts at each end and is fun for football, hockey, tennis or even just a run around for all the family.
Our holiday cottages are a short walk from the pretty village of Walpole, we are just two miles outside the thriving market town of Halesworth, which provides an ideal base for exploring Suffolk and the world-renowned Heritage Coast, encompassing Southwold, Walberswick, Dunwich, Thorpeness and Aldeburgh.
Just eight miles from the Norfolk border, we are also just a short journey from Beccles and the gateway to the Broads.
