We have sold the farm and down-sizing and sadly there is no longer any B&B available here! Stay off the beaten track near Broadway at this wonderful Cotswold farm accommodation within our large Georgian farmhouse (dating back to 1830), commanding magnificent views of the Cotswolds, and nearby Bredon & Malvern Hills. The perfect place for touring famous Cotswold villages & sites throughout Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. Only 20 minutes from Stratford-upon-Avon.

Names you will no doubt have heard of - Broadway, Bourton on the Water, Bibury, Chipping Campden, Hidcote Gardens, Snowshill, Stow-on-the-Wold, Upper & Lower Slaughter, the list goes on.

Relax in our large garden or 40' conservatory and watch the animals graze and the abundance of bird-life.
Quality farmhouse dcor which we continue to update to a high standard, situated in a lovely, rural and extremely quite edge of the North Cotswolds.
Beautiful period features such as flagstone floors, bread oven, beamed ceilings and walls exudes a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere which our guests really appreciate at the end of the day, away from all the busy tourist spots and some distance from civilisation.
Wonderful breakfast - a sumptuous full English Breakfast with over 22 different items including fresh baked bread - so much choice you won't want to eat again until evening!
Wonderfully comfortable - extra large beds with squidgee feather duvets - ooh so soft and comfortable - just snuggle up!
Views - wonderful views everywhere.
Trees, fields, birds, and animals to gaze upon.
Wake up to bird song, or to the rustling of the trees, hear the bees humming in summer amidst our avenue of lime trees.
The owls hooting and the occasional fox at dusk.
Prices are based on two people sharing a room per night and include a sumptous full English breakfast - do you require a double bed or twin beds (2 separate beds)?
Beds are either a large superking (6'6" wide), kingsize (5'2") and there is one room with a standard (4'6") double bed - All rooms have ensuite facilities, some have a shower only and some have both a shower & bath.
Our family room has a double and single bed so this room can be a twin or sleep 3. Additional z-beds are also available.
Breakfast is served in the dining room during the cooler months, in front of a roaring log fire where the imposing inglenook fireplace and the large 18th century Cheshire Dresser complete with clock, often become the talking point.
In warmer weather, guests can enjoy breakfast in the conservatory, watching all the animals and birds enjoy the sunshine.
Indulge yourselves in the traditional English breakfast and give yourself a great start to the day.
Wherever possible we always try to provide guests with local quality food, ideally produced by ourselves or sourced locally from producers we know & trust.

No money will be taken from your account unless you fail to arrive on the date(s) booked; in which case, we reserve the right to take monies in full if we are unable to re-sell the room.
