Only 5 minutes' walk from the Old Village and 15 minutes from the beach and promenade. We are close to a beautiful park with woodland walks which will take you straight on to Shanklin Downs. Excellent if you are visiting with your dog and want to leave the car in our car park or to take advantage of the miles of Coastal walks just a footstep away from the front door.Hayes Barton was originally built in the early 1850's and began life as a Guest House in the 1930's. It now has nine en suite bedrooms, one of which is a ground floor family suite but is also used a double or twin. Hayes Barton is a true home from home in a quiet area of Shanklin. Each uniquely decorated room in at Hayes Barton is ensuite and has its own distinct personality.
