Indoor Swimming Pool
The tropical-themed indoor pool maintains a 31C temperature year-round, with underfloor heating and air-conditioning. Measuring 12.5m x 4.5m, it includes private and shared sessions, baby-changing facilities, and bi-fold doors opening to outdoor play areas for family-friendly aquatic fun.

Are the cottages suitable for families with young children?
Yes, we provide complimentary baby kits (cots, highchairs), age-specific play areas in the Play Barn, and secure outdoor spaces. Baby monitors work throughout properties, and stair gates are pre-installed.
Can I book private swimming pool sessions?
Each cottage receives one hourly private pool session daily, bookable upon arrival between 8am–12pm or 3pm–7pm. Shared sessions run at 7–8am, 12–3pm, and 7–9pm.
Are the cottages accessible for wheelchair users?
Cape Cottage is a 5-star accessible property with wet rooms, wide doorways, and ground-floor facilities. Parking is directly outside, and communal areas like the Play Barn and pool have wheelchair access.

We’re 15 minutes from Norfolk’s coast (seal-watching beaches, Great Yarmouth), 10 minutes from the Trinity Broads, and close to Holkham Hall, Norwich Cathedral, and the Norfolk Cycleway network for outdoor activities.
