The Beach House Bed and Breakfast Guest House in Great Yarmouth is an established 4 star Bed and Breakfast Accommodation provider. Every room has a colour flatscreen Freeview TV, wash basin or en-suite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities. We also have a ground floor en-suite room, The Norfolk Suite, which sleeps 2 - 4 people and has its own separate private lounge with a comfortable sofa and armchair.

The Beach House is a non-smoking guest house.
Rooms are available for check in from 2pm until 8pm on your day of arrival (earlier by arrangement) and must be vacated by 10.30am on your day of departure.
Your booking is a legally binding contract with The Beach House.
Deposits are payable on booking and are non-refundable Full balance is payable on arrival.
In the event of your cancellation within 7 days of the booking the full cost of your holiday will be payable.
As with all holiday bookings we advise you to take out travel insurance to cover your costs should you need to cancel.
