The Watermark is situated in quiet West Looe overlooking the sandy family beach, town and little fishing harbour of Looe and commands panoramic views over the famous Banjo Pier, along the coast to Rame Head and out to sea. It is the perfect place for a traditional holiday by the sea in Cornwall. Four of our B&B rooms have private balconies where you can relax and take in the breathtaking views and our self catering apartment has a terrace with views over Looe beach and out to sea.

We are here if you would like to make any reservations for the summer months. We require a J100 deposit that can be taken over the phone. If you would like to make a reservation or have any inquiries please call on 01503 262123. We have 5 parking places and 7 rooms so this year the Lynher room and the Apartment will not have a parking space. There is free roadside parking along Hannafore and on the back streets near us or you can pay for parking in Millpool carpark.

We offer double and family rooms. All our bed and breakfast rooms are ensuite and stylishly furnished to a high standard and all have sea views.

There is much to see and do in Looe itself whether lazing the day away on East Looe's sandy family beach, crabbing from the pier, going on a shark fishing trip or exploring Looe Bay in a glass bottomed boat, wandering through the narrow, picturesque streets browsing in the shops or walking the coast path to the neighbouring fishing village of Polperro to the west or the sandy coves at Seaton and Downderry to the east.
Seafaring has been a way of life in Looe for centuries and it is steeped in history with many tales of piracy and smuggling.
The town is divided by the river, which is crossed by a single bridge.
The Watermark is in West Looe, overlooking the pier and beach, and with spectacular views over the town of East Looe, and across the bay to the beaches and cliffs of south east Cornwall.
Parking, for our bed and breakfast guests only, is at the back of the building.
Drive past the Watermark and take your first right, right again.
