We offer five cottages in all with a choice of two cottage styles, all are fully equipped and furnished to a high standard and include; DVD/CD/video, electric cooker and free Wi-Fi.
Bed Linen included, beds (duvets) made up for your arrival.
Electricity is also included plus oil central heating from October to April (if needed), additional heating available if required, operated by 1.00 coin meter (included in Hop Sack & Maltshovel).
Each cottage has private quay heading with outside furniture, and a dinghy (inc buoyancy aids) included, unfortunately there is no moorings for any other boats, day launch hire is by arrangement with owner, price on application.

The great thing about staying at The Granaries is not only are you staying on the banks of one of the Norfolk Broad's most beautiful rivers, the River Ant, but you are also right in the centre of "Broadland", making access to everywhere on the Norfolk Broads and the Norfolk coast very easy.

Once you 'have arrived at your destination', follow the brown tourist sign with a picture of a boat on.
We are on the A149, between Wroxham and Stalham.
Alternatively, without Sat nav the easiest, not the quickest, route is:- from the A47 follow the signs for the Broads until Acle, then take the exit to the A1064 (sign posted 'The Broads').
After 2 miles turn left onto B1152, signposted Clippesby, Potter Heigham.
Stay straight on the this road, heading towards Potter Heigham for 2.9 miles.
