No 7, The Grove, is an old house in a terrace, south-facing and situated on a quiet road running parallel with the high street. It is only minutes away from the centre by foot and there is parking in front of the house. It has a large garden and provides a peaceful and relaxing environment in which to enjoy your stay. B&B accommodation at No 7 is situated on the first floor and is designed to be flexible.
You will have exclusive use of the rooms on the first floor during your visit. We can comfortably accommodate four adults or a family with children.

The main bedroom is situated at the back of the house overlooking the garden.
The bed is kingsized but can be transformed into two singles if required.
The room has tea and coffee making facilities, a TV with in-built DVD and a CD player / radio.
The sitting room is at the front of the house and gets plenty of sun.
It has a futon sofa - if you have small children, the sofa can be turned into a double bed, which you might prefer to use rather than the second bedroom.

Leave the A38 at the turning off to Buckfastleigh and Totnes.
Follow the signs for Totnes until you get to the town.
Go straight on at the first set of traffic lights and by Morrisons garage move into the right hand lane as you approach the roundabout.
Take the exit for the town centre.
At the next small roundabout go straight across, along the plains and follow the road around to the right along St Katherines Way.
After about 200 yards turn right into Victoria Street.
You will see the wooden top of the Golden Buddha Centre ahead of you.
Follow the signs for Totnes until you get to the town.
