The warm weather arrives early in the year on the Lizard and stays late so why not book an out of season break. Quality Bed and Breakfast on the Lizard Peninsula close to the South West Coastal Path and a short walk from Cadgwith. Roy & Jayne offer you a warm welcome to their home. Chyheira is a 110 year old Edwardian house which proudly stands on the corner of a quiet road.

Whilst being fully modernized much of the original character has been maintained. Chyheira is set in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty and special scientific interest. Being just 10 minutes walk down a quiet lane to the South West Coastal Path. The first 48 seconds of this short film is at Cadgwith Cove. A traditional fishing cove, just 20 minutes walk from Chyheira.

Where most of the fish caught here is taken off to exclusive outlets throughout the south west, buy locally at 'The Cadgwith Fish Seller, or Cadgwith Cove Crab'. Eat locally in The Cadgwith Cove Inn as the pub offer the pick of the catch!

The picturesque fishing cove of Cadgwith is an easy stroll where you will find The Cadgwith Cove Inn serving locally caught fish, good wine and traditional ales.
Just a few minutes drive and you will be into Lizard village, where you will find an excellent restaurant, pub, cafe's and fish & chip shop.
You can also watch the craftsman turning the Lizard stone into beautiful jewelry and ornaments which can now only be seen and bought on The Lizard Peninsula.
Here you can walk to Lizard Lighthouse.
Bedroom one is a calm and quiet double room with easterly views directly over countryside and the famous Ruan Grade Church St.
Grada and Holy Cross.
Traditionally furnished with double wrought iron bedstead, pine furniture and comfy wicker chairs.
Rooms are available from 4 pm on day of arrival.
All rooms are non-smoking.
Each bedroom is fully carpeted, has easy access to both sides of the bed(s), with tea and coffee making facilities.
The en suites have powered showers and vinyl flooring.
Towels are provided; in consideration for the environment, these are laundered every three days, although can be changed more frequently upon request.
Welcome to the breakfast room, which doubles as a guest lounge.
Its a good place to curl upon the comfy wing backed chairs and in colder months we will light the wood burner when requested, as this is a place you can enjoy anytime to relax and unwind.
We offer you a warm welcome, and a great way to begin your day, a Chyheira Breakfast - Served between 08:15 - 09:15 in the breakfast room.
As we cook to order, we generally stagger the times for each room, but we are also flexible and for those needing an early start, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Single occupancy is 20/night discount on the double occupancy rate.
Children aged 8 to 14, 30/night each.
Over the age of 15 charged at the adult rate.
We welcome short haired, well behaved dogs.
Where we have stated minimum of a 2 night stay, please do check with us directly if you do have a 1 night requirement, as we may have gaps between other bookings as availability for those periods.

Follow this straight lane for 3/4 mile and as the road turns sharp left, we are found on that corner.
We do not advise people to routinely drive right down into Cadgwith Cove, moreover, to use the car park which is just 350m from the Cove itself.
